Summary: Peaceful Retreat with Exceptional ComfortWe had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The home was impressively stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to firewood. The main attraction for us was the screen porch which quickly became our go-to space. The furniture was comfortable, and the view was stunning. It was the perfect place to play games, read, or simply take in the natural beauty. The beds deserve a special shoutout—they were the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a vacation rental. Kudos to the owners for prioritizing quality sleep, even while on vacation. While the pond water itself was clean, the entrance was less inviting. You had to walk through muck and heavy weeds before reaching a swimmable depth. This is through no fault of the owner, but future renters should be aware. The beach area was also quite weedy, and the online photos don’t reflect its current condition.If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway surrounded by wildlife, this is the place. We spotted loons, hummingbirds, blue herons, and plenty of fish—truly a nature lover’s dream!
